Attendees registered through a Google Form that specified their group size, preferred time, and preferred room size; total attendance reached 179 people across both nights

Worked alongside my committee members to assign attendees into rooms, notify them of their attendance confirmation, and create a waitlist for people that weren’t placed
WOODY'S KARAOKE NIGHTS

Programmed themed karaoke nights at Woody’s Tavern in the Ohio Union, a continuation of a longstanding tradition

Worked with Ohio Union catering to provide large quantities of food and selected a specific food assortment for each night

Attendance reached 300 people per night on average

Partnered with Excesss Karaoke who provided the sound system, DJ, and karaoke catalog for students to choose from
